WOODBINE KARATE CLUB COMPETITION:
ANNUAL COMPETITION.
This years event will be held at Woodbine Karate Club, May 15,2010.
Please fill out the entry sheets and return them to me. We are looking forward to a
very exciting competition. Rules as usual are JKA Ippon Shobu. Rules available upon
request. STARTS AT 9:00 AM.Kumite competitors must provide their own
fist protectors, mouth guards, and groin cups for kunite. Registration available upon request to info@woodbinekarate.com.
ENTRY FEES:
$30.00/person, Kata or Kumite, Team Kata
GRADING JUNE, 2010:
Grading will be on TBA
- White, Orange Belts with Grading to follow
- Green, Purple, Brown & Black belts with Grading to follow
Costs are: Seminar only $20. Grading $20. New Belt $10 = Total $50 for grading,
Seminar and New Belt
Sensei David Jones will be visiting for a Seminar. The Seminar is for all students
please be sure you attend the Seminar even if you are not grading this session.
YEAR END ROUND UP
WE will be celebrating.We will be
meeting at a Restaurant/Lounge are interested in joining the party please RVSP Sensei
Yuri so we can make the appropriate reservations. We will TBAu on the time
and location.
KICK BOXING NEW SESSION STARTING MAY 3 8-9 PM
Kick boxing will be returning Mondays 8:00 - 9:00.
Costs are $200 per session.
Non member are welcome to join. Kick boxing is a great way to burn calories and get
into shape for the summer season. Please let all your friends know about this event.
SUMMER CAMP JUNE 11-19
Summer camp will be June 11-19 in Philadelphia. Woodbine Karate Club does have
some members attending. If you would like to go to the Summer camp and train with
out head master. Please let Sensei Yuri know.
FEES ARE DUE
For those of you who have written post dated checks
the next session has been. Also, anyone who has not paid their fees for next
session. Please do so. All fees must be up to date to continue training.
For those of you who have not been training for a while this is a great time to restart
and pick up where you left off. We are taking registration for 2010-2011 if you are interested in registration early
