Cardio Kickboxing is not a martial art.  Cardio
Kickboxing fitness workouts are combinations of
kickboxing techniques in an aerobic environment.

Who can join?

Anyone 10 years of age or older; no experience
necessary.

What do I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes that do not restrict
movement.

What do I bring?

Gloves or wraps, mouth guard (optional), water bottle
and a great attitude!  All equipment is available for
purchase at the club. We have classes Monday at 8:00
pm, Wednesday at 8:00 pm and Saturdays at 1:00 pm.
