See Schedule for class times. Besides being an effective method of self-defense, karate is an excellent form of stress management and exercise for the entire family. Training develops and improves flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and muscle tone. It also fosters self-esteem, self-respect, confidence, focus, commitment and discipline. Visitors are always welcome. Feel free to drop by the club a few minutes before a scheduled training session to meet Sensei and have your questions answered.
